The exhibition "Conversations" is a culmination of my still life paintings over the past 10 years. My aim with the works is to reactivate traditional themes and to personalise and modernise this inherited iconography and intensify its expressive content. The exhibition included these new works as well as other from this Still Life series.

Potted Cactus Series:
This series, on cactus and succulent flowers, was completed for inclusion in a group exhibition at the Brenda May Gallery in Sydney. The work highlights the sometimes sinister looking plant, which contrasts to the delicate prettiness of the flowers.
